Get Pre-Approved
Want to get the best house for the least amount of money? One of the strongest negotiation tools you can have is being pre-approved by a lender. This means a full loan approval rather than the preliminary certificate known as a pre-qualification. The process can take from several days to several weeks, depending on your situation, so you want to start this process as soon as you can. I can point you to lenders that I have worked with and can recommend.
